What we collect
Information you give us directly: your name, email, organization type, and whatever you write in our forms, including the contact form, the compliance check, newsletter signup, and the Give Back application. Standard website analytics in aggregate via Cloudflare’s privacy-respecting analytics: pages visited, approximate region, device type, no cookies, no cross-site tracking. We do not respond differently to browser “Do Not Track” signals because we do not track visitors across third-party websites.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your information. We don’t share it with advertisers or any third party outside the service providers strictly necessary to run this website and deliver our services, such as Cloudflare for hosting and our encrypted client portal. We don’t send your data offshore.
Client documents
Documents move only through our encrypted client portal, never email attachments. Files are encrypted in transit and at rest, consistent with FTC Safeguards Rule and IRS Publication 4557 guidance for financial service and tax-adjacent providers, given our support for nonprofit compliance work including 990-related documentation and W-9 collection.
The newsletter is one email a month, and one click unsubscribes. Unsubscribe requests are honored within 10 business days, consistent with the CAN-SPAM Act. Form submissions generate the replies you’d expect and nothing else.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It reports aggregate traffic only, sets no cookies, and does not track visitors across other websites.
Your choices
Ask us what we have, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it: Asaini@thesainiledger.com. We will respond within 30 days. California residents have rights under the CCPA where its revenue and data-volume thresholds legally apply. As a small firm we do not currently meet those thresholds, but we voluntarily extend the same access, correction, and deletion rights to every client and visitor, regardless of location.
Effective date. This notice is effective as of 08/01/2026. We will update this date whenever we make a material change to our practices.
